Great work and Customer Service from John there. Texted him the night before my appointment and he got it in the very next day! Came in for a roof wrap and they had it done before lunch. Lupo Motors has wrapped 2 of my vehicles, they did an awesome job on both and their staff was excellent. I purchased a 2017 BMW M6 from Lupo Motors. I saw the car online after it was up for a couple days and called the dealership immediately. It was closing hours but Drake who is the owner, answered the phone and was able to get all my questions answered and provide me with the necessary documents. The whole experience was very smooth as Drake was always available to help with any questions or concerns I had as I was an out of state buyer.
The whole process ended up taking 1-2 weeks to complete on my end and Drake was very patient and pleasant with me the whole way. I had some concerns about the rear tires and battery and Lupo Motors got a new battery and Michelin rear tires put on for me before I even bought the car! I flew out to pick the car up and was greeted immediately by a team member and given a tour of the amazing dealership. The paperwork did not take more than 5-10 minutes to complete and I was given the keys. I had to drive 30 hours back to my hometown so the car had already been washed and filled up with gas as well. I enjoyed every bit of my drive back home and fell in love with the car more and more each day. I recommend Lupo Motors to anyone looking to buy a car as they value each and every client. Very impressed with Lupo Motors. Had a full PPF, interior and exterior ceramic done on my new truck. Not only was their communication excellent, but they were willing to work with me on scheduling due to delivery problems with the Toyota dealer. Excellent customer service, and more importantly, the work on the truck is the best I've ever seen. Perfect edges on the film, no issues, excellent coverage, and wonderful job on the ceramic. The personalized service is second to none; I wish all businesses operated half as well as these guys. Worth every penny.
Lupo Motors did all the PPF work on my 2024 Ford Super Duty. I’ve had a few different dealers do PPF on my rigs over the years, and by far, the quality of work done by Lupo Motors was the absolute best. The staff was also great and Drake works hard to ensure top notch customer service.
